Taste of Downriver is a premier tasting event. You can sample signature dishes from the best restaurants in Wyandotte in Southern Wayne County in Michigan. Come with your friends and walk from one eatery to another, indulging in their delights! This event would also make for a very special date night. It will be happening on August 13, 2024, from 6 pm to 9 pm.
At registration, you’ll receive a wristband and a menu. You can do this in advance, beginning July 25, 2024, or on the day of the event, beginning at 5:30 pm. This area will be crowded on the event day, so that’s why doing it in advance is recommended.
The registration site is the Yack Arena in Wyandotte. You can also park for free in the public parking lot at the Arena.
Your wristband will be your “ticket” into each restaurant. The menu will have all the participating restaurants and what they will be serving. You’ll have the chance to sample a signature item from each restaurant.

Location
Wyandotte is approximately 11 miles south of Detroit on the Detroit River. It is a part of the collection of communities known as Downriver. Founded in 1854, it is an historic waterfront community with a lovely downtown area.
