The South Shore Food and Wine Festival

The South Shore Food & Wine Festival is coming to the Historic Plymouth Memorial Hall.  Plymouth’s 400th birthday just got better!

The Grand Tasting features sampling hundreds of wines.  Expand your palate with tastes from as many wines as you would like.  Sip a bold red wine or a crisp white while socializing with other wine enthusiasts.

Also included in the Grand Tasting is food samples from some of the great chefs of New England and area restaurants.  There will be a Cheese Area and a Chocolate Area. This is the perfect place to learn about pairing your favorite wines with food.

Plymouth Memorial Hall first opened its doors in 1926.  It held spaghetti suppers and movies for soldiers and their families and community events.  In the mid-1970s, Bob Dylan and his Rolling Thunder Revue made Plymouth Memorial Hall the place to be.  Since then, it has had concerts by Twisted Sister, Michael McDonald, Melissa Ethridge, Air Supply and many more.  It is also home to the Plymouth Philharmonic Orchestra.
