Canyon Springs Waterpark will be opening for the first time as Canyon Springs Waterpark on May 23rd, 2026. But it is not a brand new waterpark. It used to be one of the Splash Kingdom waterparks before it was bought by a new owner.
Now what used to be Splash Kingdom Wild West will be Canyon Springs Waterpark! They promise brand new attractions. Splash Kingdom Wild West used to have a wave pool, lazy river, lots of slides, a children’s play area and a children’s splash pad. I would imagine Canyon Springs will keep some of these attractions, reimagine some and have new attractions. Which is very exciting because even if you’ve been to Splash Kingdom Wild West before, Canyon Springs Waterpark could feel like an all-new experience!
