One thing you’ll find at this festival is barbecue galore!  Onsite vendors will have brisket, ribs, pulled pork from whole hogs, chicken and sausage as well as all the sides.  The portions will be large, but the prices won’t be.  Enjoy whole hogs at the Shrine of Swine.

The Tasting Theater will have seminars by Pit Masters, Brewmasters and Master Distillers.  See exhibits of brewermania, T-shirts, hot sauce, cigars and barbecue accessories.

Dance or tap your feet to music from the main stage.  Dylan Fairchild will be performing from 12:30 pm to 3 pm.  Chunky Daddy will be on stage from 3:30 pm to 6 pm.

There are games and fun activities at the Cochon Carnival.  Play ping pong, cornhole, giant jenga, basketball, connect 4 and more.
