Two things I love in life are the beach and pancakes.  So put the two together, and I am very, very happy.

This is what happens when I visit Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.  There are a lot of really great breakfast places around Myrtle Beach.  It almost becomes a question of, which pancake house should I choose?

Well, I know of a great choice for your next trip to Myrtle Beach.  And that is Harry’s Breakfast Pancakes!

Last time my family visited Myrtle Beach, we tried Harry’s Pancakes for the first time and we had a wonderful experience.

Harry’s Breakfast Pancakes Service

It starts right away with the service.  The staff couldn’t have been any nicer and friendlier.  Our server was friendly and talked about the restaurant.  I found out that the owners were Greek, which made the decor make more sense.

The decor in general was great and added to that light, beachy, relaxed atmosphere.

The service helped, too, of course.  The service was also very prompt.  I don’t know if I’ve ever gotten my food that quickly.

Food & Drink Review

And the food was so good!  I got the Hawaiian pancakes, and they were so delicious.

Coconuts and pancakes together was a combination I never knew I needed.  Now I know I do.  They were so good together, and the pineapples were good, too.

But even if they hadn’t had the pineapples and coconuts, the pancakes would have been great.  One of the reasons we chose the restaurant was I saw that Harry’s had been voted the best pancakes in Myrtle beach.  I can definitely see why after going having their pancakes.  They were so delicious!  The filling of the pancakes were really good.

But despite the name, and that recommendation, pancakes are not the only breakfast food Harry’s does well.  The omelets, for example, are great.

My family liked the omelettes for sale on the menu at Harry's Breakfast Pancakes in Myrtle Beach, SC

In particular, the Greek Omelette was delicious (which I guess is no surprise since as I said earlier, since it is Greek-owned).

The Greek Omelette consists of Feta cheese, bacon, onions, and tomatoes.  It was really good, and if you love Feta Cheese like my family does, you will really like it.

All omelettes are served with a side of grits or hashbrowns and one piece of toast or pancake.  As I said before, the pancakes are great, but the hashbrowns and toast are great, too.  Really, there was nothing we had at the restaurant we didn’t like.  Even the coffee was great.

A lot of entrees at Harry's Breakfast Pancakes in Myrtle Beach comes with toast and hashbrowns.

So overall, this was a really great experience.  It was absolutely delicious food, the service was wonderful, and the prices were reasonable.  So we definitely recommend Harry’s Breakfast Pancakes if you are looking for a place to eat!
