Calling all taco lovers! The place to be on June 25 and 26, 2022, is Denver for the Denver Taco Festival! Join thousands of taco lovers for a weekend of fun and excitement plus the best tacos Denver has to offer!
The Denver Taco Festival is coming to the new Stockyards Event Center on the last Saturday and Sunday in June. This will be a jam packed weekend with the best tacos ever and entertainment that you can’t see anywhere else. Kids 12 and under get free admission.
Do you like your tacos tangy, crunchy, spicy, sweet or savory? You will definitely find something to love at this festival. Enjoy tacos with an array of flavors and styles from traditional to inventive fusion.
Last year’s festival had 33 taco vendors. This year’s festival will surpass that. Your biggest decision will be what you want to eat next.
The Tequila Expo has mucho Tequila with over 40 different agave derived libations that can be enjoyed in a shaded tent.
Lucha Libre is professional wrestling in Mexico. It is characterized by colorful masks, rapid sequences of holds and maneuvers and exciting high flying maneuvers. Local comedians will give you play-by-play descriptions of the action. Lucha Libre and comedians – where else could you get that combination?
And then there is the ever popular “Fastest Chihuahua In Denver.” These short hair daredevils compete for the Chihuahua Racing Championship. A definite “must see.”
There will also be live music from local bands.
Delicious tacos, tequila, music, chihuahua racing, Lucha Libre – what a great way to spend a day!
Proceeds will benefit local non-profit charities, including Lola’s Rescue, an animal rescue organization.
