One hundred years ago, a boy king’s tomb was discovered.  That boy was King Tut.  And that discovery forever changed the world.

Unlike tombs of other pharaohs that had been discovered in the past, this tomb hadn’t been vandalized by grave robbers or private collectors.  His tomb was virtually intact.  And that gave people so much valuable information about the culture, rituals, and religion of ancient Egyptians.

So to honor this important discovery, a new special event is coming to Lighthouse ArtSpace Denver.  Lighthouse ArtSpace Denver at 3900 Elati Street.  It is in the space of the former Regency Hotel and is just west of the River North Art District.  And that event is Immersive King Tut.

Immersive King Tut should be a great experience, too.  After all, it is brought to you by the producers of the Immersive Van Gogh exhibit with cooperation from the Egyptian Council for Tourism Affairs.

Immersive King Tut gives you great insight into the Egyptian afterlife as a mythical journey led by Pharaoh Tutankhamun.  You get great insight into the myths and legends of King Tut.

This is an experience the whole family can enjoy.  And if you have young children, you’ll be happy to know that kids ages 5 years old and younger can get in free!  They do not require a ticket.  But they have to be accompanied by an adult who is at least eighteen years old at all times while they are in the exhibit.
