Vegas Vickie Halloween Costume Contest at Circa Resort & Casino on Saturday, October 30, 2021.
Participants will compete to be named the Neon Idol 2021. The Grand Prize is $10,000. Registration will be from 7 pm to 9 pm. The Parade of Contenders will be from 9 pm to 10 pm in the Casino, levels 1 and 2. The winner will be announced at 11 pm in the MEGA BAR.
