Big TX Fun is an annual carnival experience in Selma, Texas. This family-friendly event takes place at Retama Park from March 26th, 2026, through April 5th, 2026. And we want to help you save money on this experience with a discount ticket!
But first, let’s talk a bit about what you can expect at this event. At the heart of the event is the crawfish. There’s a crawfish broil with a crawfish eating contest.
There’s also a family carnival. There are kids’ ride and thrill rides, provided by Talley Amusements. In addition to the carnival rides, there are pig races and a petting zoo.
Every Friday through Sunday, you can enjoy appearances by very special characters that hold a wonderful place in a lot of young children’s hearts. This could include Spongebob Squarepants, Doc McStuffins, Marshall from PAW Patrol, or Poppy the Troll.
