ICE! is a really unique event that the resort prepares all year-long. More than two million pounds of ice get transformed into magical holiday scenes and characters. A wonderful team of ice carvers work on this all-year long, and the results are breathtaking. And each year has a different theme.
This year’s theme is Dr. Seuss’ “How the Grinch Stole Christmas!” I’m excited about this theme since this was a favorite book of mine as a child. And they do a great job depicting the residents of Whoville and the Scrooge himself.
ICE! is a self-guided, walk-through experience. In order to keep the ice cold, the venue is kept at 9 degrees, but don’t worry; parkas are provided.
