Dessert
- The Love Triangle with Valrhone white chocolate mousse, strawberry gelee, hazelnut gelato, chocolate dipped strawberries, petit fours and almond macarons

Rim is offering a Special Valentine’s Day Dinner, on February 13, 14 and 15, 2026, from 5 pm to 10 pm.

First Course
- Seared 5-Spice Scallops with leed avocado cream mousse and orange yuzu sauce
Second Course
- Amaebi Nigiri topped with uni, ikura and ponzu sauce
Third Course
- Lobster Tail & Shrimp served with miso beef, potato puree and seasonal grilled vegetables
Fourth Course
- White chocolate Red Velvet Cheesecake with strawberries, sweet sake pearls and dark chocolate ice cream

Pedro Fernandez is a Mexican singer and actor known as “El Adventurero de America.” He began his career at the age of 7 and it has spanned four decades. He’s won multiple Latin Grammy Awards and has 26 Platinum records.
Pedro will be appearing in the Grand Theatre on Valentine’s Day at 8 pm.
