Savannah was founded in 1733, making it one of the oldest cities in the U.S. Over the years, the city has been invaded by pirates and General Sherman.  Its history includes yellow fever, duels, war, murders, hangings and so much more.

Savannah is a beautiful city with its live oaks and moss, magnolias, dogwoods, water views and much more.  But when the sun goes down, so many lost souls are restless.  They roam the streets and houses at night, doomed to  be in between the worlds of the living and the dead.

History and the paranormal and the holiday season come together in the Savannah Ghosts of Christmas Walking Tour.  Come hear about the spirits of Savannah.  Bring your camera – you never know what you might capture.

This tour is unique.  Your guide is known as the “Fiddler of Christmas.”  In addition to hearing stories of paranormal activity in Savannah.  You’ll see ghostly performances from “A Christmas Carol’ by Charles Dickens.  And you’ll hear haunting Christmas carols by the “Fiddler of Christmas.  At the end of the tour, you’ll be served a glass of Chatham Artillery Egg Nog.

Your tour will take you off the beaten path to see beautifully decorated historic houses.  You’ll hear about Victorian Savannah and all its Christmas traditions.  You’ll also hear stories of paranormal activity in the city.

Your tour will begin at Madison Square, a historic architectural site in a lovely moss shrouded setting.  You’ll hear a dramatic Christmas story from Colonial Savannah.  Your guide will perform a rollicking Christmas carol.

Your tour will take you to the Green Meldrim House, a Victorian Gothic architectural masterpiece.  You’ll hear a Christmas story from 1864 during the Civil War and a ghost story about the mansion.

Most of the tour takes place in Savannah’s historic district.  You’ll see gas lamps and public squares decorated for Christmas.  A beautiful section of the city but it will become eerie with the stories you’ll hear.
