If you’re going to be visiting San Francisco in December, I’ve got a great tour for you.  There are so many great things that you can do to put you in the holiday spirit on this tour.

San Francisco is one of the most beautiful cities in the world and festive decorations and twinkling lights only enhance its beauty.  The “Visit San Francisco At Christmas” Walking Tour will take you to the most beautifully decorated places in the City by the Bay.

You’ll meet your professional guide at the American Indian Baptist Church.  This will be your first stop on the tour.  It is a small church where you will hear music styles like traditional hymns, contemporary and praise and worship.

San Francisco has some spectacularly decorated houses.  You’ll pass tree after tree strung with lights on this walking tour.  There are amazing light displays all around the city and your guide knows where the most beautiful ones will be.

You’ll visit McLaren Park Community Garden.  At 313 acres, it is San Francisco’s second largest park.  Enjoy walking around its lovely grounds.  Your guide will tell you all about the garden and its history.  The park has picnic areas, game courts and playgrounds.  You’ll also find awesome Christmas decorations in the park.  Take instagram worthy photos to share with friends and family on social media.

You’ll visit Kelloch & Velasco Mini Park, which is a small urban park.  It offers great views of the city and the water.  It’s also beautifully decorated for the holidays.  There are great photo ops here.

Your last stop will be at the Cow Palace Arena & Event Center.  It is an indoor arena and a multi-use event and expo center.  The Dickens Christmas Fair is there during the month of December.  The Cow Palace is decorated in Victorian style with pubs, music halls and costumed characters from history and literature.  An admission ticket to the Fair is not included in your tour.
