Enjoy Edaville’s Winter Wonderland activities, Christmas light show, a Holiday Express Train ride & more in New England. Save 21% on a ticket with a coupon.
This is an event I am really excited to talk about with you guys. It takes place at Edaville’s Railroad in South Carver, Massachusetts, which is one of the nation’s oldest heritage railroad operations.
Now it is the site of a magical New England Christmas experience. You can see over 100,000 twinkling lights in a Christmas light show that has been an 80-year New England holiday light show tradition. It is now included in the cost of a ticket to Edaville’s Winter Wonderland.
A ticket to Edaville’s Winter Wonderland also gets you unlimited rides on the Holiday Express Train. Because of course a train ride would have to be part of this experience! The ride is a great way to see the full Christmas village.
A lot more is included in this experience. They have a European-style Christmas market where you can shop for unique gifts and handmade items.
They have a large, synthetic ice rink. Ice skate rentals are included in the cost of admission to Edaville’s Winter Wonderland!
You can also enjoy a horse-drawn carriage ride. You can cozy up under a warm blanket and enjoy the beautiful Christmas lights and New England winter atmosphere. This could be romantic or just fun with family and friends.
Speaking of animals, are you bringing a kid to the event? Well, if they like animals, there are pony rides plus a petting zoo! There are also other fun activities for kids, such as cookie decorating.
And of course they’ll love to see Santa! Santa, Mrs. Claus, and other holiday characters will be in attendance.
But there’s also fun for us adults, including a Jingle Bar for guests 21 years old and older.
The event also features live entertainment. This includes carolers, stilt walkers, and a magician.
Oh, and did I mention the classic amusement rides? The event features rides like a Ferris Wheel, a Carousel, Spinning Strawberries!
