And that is why I think your family will love Dasher’s Lightshow. Dasher’s Lightshow is a holiday light event in the Houston, Texas area. It takes place at the Humble Civic Center and Arena. It started back in November and runs through December 31, 2022.
What is special about this event is that it is a drive-thru holiday light attraction. It takes place at night. So you can grab your kids, put them in their pajamas, and pile them in the car.
When you get there, keep an eye out for a sign that tells you what radio station to turn to. That way, you can turn to the station and then watch the lights shine to holiday music. That makes for a really neat experience.
And the lights should be great. You’ll see great holiday lights that combine to make reindeer, snowflakes, Christmas trees, and more. You’ll drive under holiday light tunnels. It makes for a fun night.
The route is about one mile. It takes about twenty minutes to get through the exhibit.
And that’s not all. On select nights, you can buy a photo with Santa Claus, a Snow Queen (who looks remarkably like Elsa from Frozen), a Snow Princess (who looks remarkably like Anna from Frozen), and a Miracle Princess (who looks remarkably like Mirabel from Encanto). You can also buy holiday light-up souvenirs, chef-crafted food, and if you are an adult, cocktails. And there’s even an obstacle course and an inflatable maze!
