In honor of Caribbean Heritage Month, Islands In The Park Caribbean Food, Wine & Beer Festival is coming to Charles County Fairgrounds. Enjoy Caribbean cuisines and the sounds and music of the islands. This is a festival to celebrate all Caribbean islands and their native people.
