- 6 oz. Filet Mignon and Jumbo Shrimp served with a wild mushroom and green peppercorn sauce, roasted shallots, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled baby asparagus and baby carrots
Wine Pairing – Ferrari Carano Siena (California)
Dessert
- Chocolate Heart for Two with chocolate cake with raspberry filling, covered with dark chocolate ganache garnished with fresh raspberries and Kahlua whipped cream
Wine Pairing – Unshackled Sparkling Wine (California)
Pricing is $125 per couple and $65 for a single person.
The entertainment will be Dave Alexander, a singer and guitarist.
