Adventure Island, a Tampa Bay water park, is a great addition to any Tampa trip.

Rapids Racer
This dueling water slide features the world’s first dueling saucers!
A pair of two-person rafts race to the bottom of Rapids Racer. But this is no short or straightforward slide. Instead, it’s nearly 600 feet, with high-speed turns, tunnels, and more. And low walls separate you from the other raft, so you can really experience a side-by-side race.
Wahoo Remix
You may have ridden Wahoo Run before… but you’ve never ridden it like this!
The ride formerly known as Wahoo Run has been reimagined as the all new Wahoo Remix.
This attraction is the first waterslide at Adventure Island to feature synchronized sound and light elements. The enclosed tunnels that were previously dark will now be glowing (which is much appreciated if you’re like me and don’t like the dark!). Wahoo Remix is a high energy raft experience with a party feel that’s fun for the whole family.

Well, did you know that you can currently save up to $55 on your ticket?
This big savings is available if you get a 2 Park Ticket. This gives you 2 visits to any of these Florida theme parks:
- Adventure Island
- Busch Gardens Tampa
- Aquatica Orlando
- SeaWorld Orlando
The first visit must be made within 6 months of purchase, and the second visit must be made within 14 days of the first visit.
And if you only want a single day ticket specific to Adventure Island, you can currently save up to 40%.
For either the 2 park or single day ticket, you can also add on All Day Dining for as little as $25 or $30 a day. (If you buy it separately, All Day Dining costs about $40.)
