Jollywood Nights is an after-hours holiday party at Hollywood Studios theme park at the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida. It started two years ago, and my family loved attending in years one and two. We not only enjoyed the live entertainment but the food and drinks as well! They have a great, unique menu that really adds to the Jollywood Nights experience. And Jollywood Nights has a great menu again this year.

ABC Commissary
You can find a food and drink market over at ABC Commissary. With its normal menu, this is a restaurant my family enjoys (you can read more about it in our ABC Commissary Review).
But they have a lot of great food and drinks during Jollywood Nights.
Food
- Chicken Empanadas with Street Corn: Chicken empanadas & a side of street corn salad topped with chili peppers, lime & cotija cheese
- Birria Taco: Shredded short rib & Monterey jack served with beef consommé for dipping
- Yuca con Chicharrón: Fried pork belly, red pickled onions, yuca & chili pepper-lime seasoning with a yellow pepper aïoli
- Cauliflower Taco: Corn tortilla topped with Chili pepper-lime dusted fried cauliflower, diced onions, cilantro & a chipotle cashew “crema”
- Mexican Hot Cocoa Cheesecake: Spiced chocolate cheesecake on a chocolate cookie base topped with vanilla whipped cream & cocoa powder with a chocolate handle
- Taco ‘bout a Holiday Cookie!: Cranberry cheesecake-filled chocolate cookies dipped in cranberry-white chocolate topped with chocolate holly leaf décor, pistachio whipped cream, gold crispy pearls & holiday sprinkles
Drinks
- Coquito: Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum, Bacardí Rum, coconut milk, coconut cream & sweetened condensed milk topped with cinnamon
- Chica Morada: A refreshing non-alcoholic punch featuring purple corn, pineapple, and apple, spiced with cinnamon and cloves, served with a lime wheel.
- Chica Morado with Pisco
- Oaxaca Old Fashioned: Flecha Azul Reposado Tequila, Del Maguey Vida Mezcal, agave nectar, Mexican chocolate, and orange bitters served over ice garnished with an orange wedge
Baseline Taphouse
Baseline Taphouse is normally a great place to get a drink or snack, and that is true during Jollywood Nights!

- Macaroni and Cheese Croquette: Fried macaroni & cheese with aïoli dipping sauce

- Beer Margarita: Blend of Cointreau Liqueur, Patrón Silver Tequila & lime juice topped with North Coast Brewing Co. Scrimshaw Pilsner over Ice
Backlot Express
Backlot Express is a quick-service restaurant my family has eaten at a lot over the years. This year, they’ve got a great menu for Jollywood Nights.
Food
- Jolly Jam Slider: Angus burger with smoky paprika aïoli, bourbon-garlic-bacon jam, and chili pepper sauce, nestled in a Hawaiian roll
- Sweet Chili Cheer Chicken Slider: Chicken thighs covered in sweet chili aïoli with Asian slaw and cilantro, served on a brioche roll
- Hickory Holiday Mac: Macaroni & cheese topped with smoky burnt ends, topped with chili pepper sauce & crispy onions
- Sleigh Bell Brussels Sprouts: Brussels sprouts with crispy onions & bourbon-onion jam
- Holly Jolly Bread Pudding: Decadent warm bread pudding swirled with rich chocolate-hazelnut spread and adorned with cherries, festive sprinkles, and a chocolate gingerbread man

Dockside Diner
Dockside Diner is the quick-service dining option where you order your food at what looks like a boat at Echo Lake. Echo Lake is beautifully decorated during the holiday season, so it is a great place to go to get something to eat and drink and sit and enjoy the environment.
And it also has a great menu.
Foods
- Meatball and Polenta: Giant meatball with marinara & creamy cheese polenta
- Christmas Tree Cookie Stack: Vanilla cookie stack filled with pistachio buttercream, cranberry & raspberry jam topped with sprinkles & a yellow candy star
- Loaded Samosas: Potato & pea stuffed samosas with curried chickpeas, herb “crema,” and tomato-pomegranate chutney
Drinks
- Stroopwafel Bourbon Coffee: A decadent blend of Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, salted caramel syrup, and Joffrey’s Cold Brew Coffee with half & half, finished with caramel sauce and crushed waffle garnish.
- Sandy Claws Hot Cocoa: Non-alcoholic “The Nightmare Before Christmas”-inspired dark chocolate hot cocoa topped with cherry whipped cream
Tune-In Lounge
The Tune-In Lounge at Echo Lake has a number of specialty drink on the menu.

- Tropical Tidings: Bols Blue Curaçao, Parrot Bay Coconut Rum & Bols Peach Schnapps blended with white cranberry juice and ginger beer, served with a shredded coconut rim
- Sugar Cookie Martini: Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur, Stoli Vanil Vodka & DISARONNO Originale Liqueur mixed with milk & sugar in a sprinkle-rimmed glass with a sugar cookie garnish
- In Holiday Fashion: Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon, rosemary syrup, cranberry and lime juices, and cinnamon
- Holiday Dill-light: Hendrick’s Gin, John D. Taylor’s Velvet Falernum, and St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur with lime and pickle juice, featuring a chili-lime rim and pickle garnish
- Winter Spice Long Island Iced Tea: Bacardí Rum, Tito’s Vodka, Hendrick’s Gin, Corazón Tequila & Cointreau with lime juice, cinnamon syrup, cranberry juice, and Sprite, garnished with a lemon wheel
Fairfax Fare
Fairfax Fare is a good place for the atmosphere because you can eat here and watch the projections on the Tower of Terror.

- Holiday Turkey Popover: Roasted turkey and creamy mashed potatoes topped with cranberry chutney & gravy in a house-made popover
- Raspberry-Lemon Square: Creamy lemon filling topped with raspberry powdered sugar and glossy glazed raspberries

Jazzy Holidays at The Hollywood Brown Derby
The Hollywood Brown Derby is also a great place to visit for the atmosphere during Jollywood Nights. And that is because for the party, Hollywood Brown Derby is being transformed into a smooth jazz lounge! It should be very popular: you may need to join the walk-up waitlist on My Disney Experience app. Last year we made a reservation during the evening; you can learn all about it in our Jazzy Holidays review.
They’ve got a great menu. They’ll have classic cocktails plus an assortment of non-alcoholic beverages, wine, and beer.
And they have a great food menu, too.

The Tip-Top Club in the Hollywood Tower Hotel courtyard is a limited-capacity venue with a feel of a a 1930s-style jazz lounge and live holiday music.

Snack Cart (Annual Passholder Exclusive)
If you are an annual passholder, you can get a few drinks at the snack cart across from Beverly Sunset Boutique.
- Blue Sparkling Cider: A vibrant blend of white cranberry juice, blue curaçao syrup & guava syrup with lime juice, topped with sparkling apple cider and finished with a blue sugar rim and sugar snowflake (Non-alcoholic)
