Planning an upcoming trip to the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida?  Looking for a hotel for your WDW trip? We’ve got tips to make your stay even better!

Our family has been visiting the Walt Disney World Resort for many years. We’ve picked up many hacks throughout the years which helps us in all aspects of our vacation.  We can help you save money, find the best transportation to the parks, learn about dining locations close to your hotel you may not know about, tell you about secret fireworks viewing locations from the hotels, and more.

Let’s start by talking about whether or not you want to stay onsite or not.  Personally, I recommend staying onsite if at all possible.  I have stayed offsite and onsite and the experience onsite is far preferable.  It is so much more convenient to take advantage of Disney’s transportation system and not to have to deal with parking or offsite hotel’s infrequent shuttle system.  And those are just some of the benefits from staying onsite.  We go over all the Disney World hotel benefits here.

Disney World has a lot of wonderful onsite hotels, and we have enjoyed staying at them many times over the years.  Some hotels are more affordable than others, but there are tricks to help you afford even the most expensive hotels.  In fact, we tell you about a great hack here for the most expensive hotels.

But we’ve got tips for most of the onsite Disney hotels.  We split them up for resort stay tips (tips to help your stay such as where to eat, how to get to the parks, what recreational activities you should take advantage of, etc.).  The other are strictly money saving tips to help you save money on your nightly stay.
