SeaWorld Orlando 4th of July Fireworks

Do you love watching 4th of July fireworks?  Are you looking for a great way to spend the 4th of July weekend with your family this weekend?  Then you really should head to SeaWorld Orlando theme park!

SeaWorld theme park in Orlando, Florida is having a great 4th of July fireworks spectacular.  It is actually brand new this year.  It is called “Light Up The Sky” and it’s really cool, too.  The new show has a high-energy musical score, dazzling pyrotechnics, and towering flames.  It will be followed by a patriotic fireworks finale that is so perfect to see this weekend!  And it is included in general admission.

Three Nights of Fireworks

So you may be wondering, is this fireworks show just on the 4th of July?  Well, luckily, it’s not!  It takes place on:

  • Friday, July 3rd
  • Saturday, July 4th
  • Sunday, July 5th

The show starts at 9:00 PM.

But remember, as we outlined in our tips for visiting SeaWorld Orlando post their reopening, you will need to make a reservation before you visit.  This is because SeaWorld Orlando will be limiting how many people can get into the park so everyone can safely social distance.  So you will want to reserve your spot ASAP.  You can do that here.

But you will need a ticket before you can make a reservation.  You can buy a ticket at a great price by clicking here.

Social Distance While Watching Fireworks

So you may be wondering, how are they doing it given the current pandemic?  Well, they are doing it by having 5 different viewing locations around the park where you can properly social distance!  These 5 different spots are located around SeaWorld Orlando’s large central lake.

Bayside Stadium

This is the location I like the best personally because it offers seated viewing.  But since everyone will have to socially distance and there are only so many seats, there is only limited seating.  So if you really want to sit, I recommend you get there early to get a seat.  Bayside Stadium is located next to the Wild Arctic attraction.

Bayside Pathway

If Bayside Stadium is full, you can try the Bayside Pathway.  It’s located along the west shore of SeaWorld Lake.  It does offer grass seating for families.  There is also standing viewing available, too.

Spice Mill Patio

The Spice Mill Patio, which is located next to Spice Mill restaurant, is another good place to watch the fireworks.  It is great because it has wheelchair-accessible viewing along with tiered level viewing.

The Waterfront

You can get standing viewing at the Waterfront.  That is located between Voyager’s Smokehouse and Seafire Grill.

Orca Encounter Pathway

The last location to watch the fireworks is at the Orca Encounter Pathway at the east shore of SeaWorld Lake.  You can get standing viewing here.
