My family just adores the Seven Seas Food Festival at SeaWorld theme park in Orlando, Florida.  It is such a wonderful way to sample cuisines and drinks from all over the world.  And you get to do that while having fun all day watching animal presentations and riding fun rides.  Makes for a wonderful day.

How you get to sample so much food and drinks is that there are festival marketplaces throughout the park.  They are basically temporary booths set up where you can order foods and drinks.  All of them have different themes that are usually different countries.

So today I wanted to talk about one market in particular, and that is the Irish Market.  It makes a lot of sense to talk about the Irish Market right now.  After all, St. Patrick’s Day is just days away.  And actually, the St. Patrick’s Day event at SeaWorld Orlando starts today!

So now is the perfect time to try these foods and drinks.  Though you can enjoy them beyond St. Patty’s Day.  Because the Seven Seas Food Festival will be at SeaWorld on weekends through May 7, 2023.

But you’re not going to want to wait to try these food and drink options.  You’ll see when I tell you about them.

Irish Market Drink Menu

Let me get to the drinks first because, let’s face it, that’s a big part of the appeal of this marketplace – and all marketplaces, really!

All of the drink options at the Irish Market are brand new for 2023.

Craft Brews

  • Guinness Draught
    • Guinness Brewery (Dublin, Ireland)
  • Original Irish Cider
    • Magners (Clonmel, Ireland)

Specialty Cocktail

  • Irish Cold Brew Latte
    • Coffee, Jameson Cold Brew, Cream & Simple Syrup

Irish Market Food Menu

All of the food options at the Irish Market are brand new for 2023.

Guinness Beef Stew

The Guinness Beef Stew dish consists of beef, root vegetables, and sweet potato.  This was our favorite dish, possibly at the whole festival!  The meat was so tender.  It was the best part.  But it was all good.  My mom even liked the sweet potatoes and she doesn’t even normally like sweet potatoes.  That’s how good the dish is.

Corned Beef Hash

The corned beef hash consists of corned beef hash, hash brown waffle, and chives.  This we did not like as much as the beef stew.  This is not to say of course we didn’t like it!  We still did.

The best part was actually the waffle.  It tasted a bit like a potato pancake or a latke you might have during Hanukkah.

The meat was actually the disappointing part.  We like to think of corned beef as roast beef with an edge.  But there was no edge here.  The meat was a bit bland.  We also would have preferred for the dish to have onions.

If you are deciding between the Guinness Beef Stew and the Corned Beef Hash, then we recommend trying the Guinness Beef Stew.

Jameson Bread Pudding

And finally, they’ve got a great dessert option as the last food item at this marketplace.  The Jameson Bread Pudding consists of Bread Pudding and Jameson Creme Anglaise.  And it is delicious!  It was one of my favorite desserts at the festival.  All of it is good, but I have to say the cream is the best part.  It just adds something extra to an already great dish.  So we definitely recommend ordering this along with your Guinness Beef Stew.

Location & Ticket Information

The Irish Market is located next to Mama’s Pretzel Kitchen.  There are a lot of tables around there so it’s a good place to go to eat your meal.  It’s also a convenient place to eat after Orca Encounter.

Now, unlike a separate ticket event like Howl-O-Scream, admission to the Seven Seas Food Festival is included in your ticket.  This means you’re covered if you say have an annual pass (we go over the advantages of an annual pass here).

You can also buy a general admission ticket.  And good news: these tickets are currently on sale if you buy your ticket here.
