Lightopia London
The Lightopia Festival is a brand new immersive lantern & light festival. It takes place at the Chiswick House Gardens. It is the first of its kind in the United Kingdom and Europe. You can see the night sky come to life with lights, lanterns, installations & a 3D mapping projection on Chiswick House.
The event is comprised of 6 key interactive installations: The Love Gate, Elysian Field, Tree of Life, Flower Hand, Happy Valley, and the Flower Road. They symbolize many life experiences. And all of the thems are united with an overall theme of harmony.
This is a wonderful, family-friendly event you can enjoy with your children. But it also makes for a great date. After all, there is the Love Gate. And there are 35,000 roses light up and are synchronized with music, which is quite romantic.
But the lights & lanterns aren’t the only reason to visit this event. There is also a lot of great entertainment. A local musician performs each night. And there is an acrobatics performance!

You can also eat a lot of delicious food representing a variety of international cuisines here. You could have everything from Spanish Churros to authentic jerk chicken!
