Meeting Point

To meet your guide, head to the Church of Mariahilf (or Mariahilfer Kirche).  If you’re taking the metro, use the U3 line and exit at Neubaugasse.  Then you’ll walk for two minutes until you can see the small Christmas market in front of the church.  It is there that you will see the tour guide near the entrance of the church.  They’ll have a yellow umbrella, which will make it easier for you to stop them.
