Christmas Lights
Since the name is Festival of Lights, you get to see beautiful Christmas lights. In fact, there are over half a million holiday lights. They make up beautiful scenes and images. They use traditional light structures and light structures with a western theme.
This includes:
- 75’ Santa’s “Moo”ving Sleigh Ride
- The Nativity on the Mountain
- Rodeo at The Ranch
- Ruckus on The Ranch
- The Barnyard Posse
In addition to these light structures, there is also a light show in front of Skyland Ranch’s 25’ Christmas tree. It is set to popular Christmas music. And on top of that, there’s also an immersive Christmas projection light show on Skyland Rach’s 35’ barns. You can walk through illuminated tunnels as you make your way through the event. There’s a 60’ Tower of Lights Climbing Net Structure. So if you love Christmas lights like my family does, then you are in the perfect place!
Especially because you can get a unique, wonderful view of these Christmas lights. You can take a scenic chairlift ride to the top of SkyLand Ranch! The views of the lights are great up there. Plus, this gives you amazing view of the Smoky Mountains as well!
Other Activities
But this is not all. There’s a life-sized Nativity scene in the walkthrough section of the event. There are great photo opportunities there, too. Make sure to get your family’s picture in front of Antler Falls. Speaking of pictures, you can also get a picture package with miniature Highland cows!
The fun doesn’t end there. There’s live entertainment and games. There are campfires to warm you up. Or you could get some hot chocolate.
