Attention tequila lovers! December 10th is going to be a great day for you. That’s the day the Detroit Tequila Fiesta comes to Eastern Market Shed 3 from 6 pm to 10 pm.
Tequila lovers can come together to join in a celebration of tequila. You can sip creative cocktails and taste tequila from craft distillers during an evening of entertainment. The Fiesta is a great place to expand your knowledge about different types and brands of tequila in every imaginable configuration.
A General Admission ticket will get you admission to the Fiesta from 7 pm to 10 pm. You’ll receive a souvenir glass along with 10 drink sample tickets plus a keepsake photo.
The VIP Admission will give you one extra at the Fiesta as you can enter at 6 pm. You’ll receive a souvenir glass as well as 15 drink sample tickets. You’ll also get a keepsake photo.
There will be additional sampling tickets available for purchase. You must be 21 years old or older to attend the Fiesta. You’ll need to provide an official photo ID to receive alcoholic beverages.
The finest brands and varieties of premium and ultra premium tequilas will be available for sampling. There will also be tequila liqueurs, creams, infusions and flavored tequilas as well as a wide variety of margaritas. You can enjoy this Mexican spirit neat (straight) or in handcrafted cocktails.
If all the sampling makes you hungry, never fear. Some of Detroit’s best taco food trucks will be at the Fiesta.
You can enjoy live music throughout the Fiesta and you can play games. A variety of vendors will be present to provide a great shopping experience.
