Fall is a wonderful time of year in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. Especially because whenever fall comes around, it means it is time for the Fall Harvest Orchard fall event!
The Fall Harvest Orchard event takes place just five miles out west of Delano, on 345 County Road 30 SE in Montrose, Minnesota. It is open Thursday to Sunday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM through October 31, 2021.
Fall Harvest Orchard is a family-owned apple orchard and pumpkin patch. And they have a great fall event. There’s a good reason it’s been voted the “Best of Delano” before. And that’s it been voted as one of the best apple orchards in all of Minnesota.
You can pick out an apple from twenty varieties of apples. You can also pick out your pumpkin! But they are more than just an apple orchard and pumpkin patch in the fall. They have great fall activities on-site, too!
A lot of these activities are free, too. For example, you can visit and even feed the animals! There is also live music on select days and the weekends.
The other activities that are free include:
- Yard Games
- Classic Small Corn Pits
- Hay Bale Mountain
- Tire Climb
- Photo Ops
Some activities at the Fall Harvest Orchard do cost, though. These activities include:
