Joseph Fleitz purchased a tract of land along Seaman Road in Oregon, Ohio back in 1906. 85 years later, his great-grandson Paul planted his first pumpkin patch. And now in the fall, we can enjoy the Fleitz Pumpkin Farm!
It is the perfect place to go for families in the Toledo, Ohio area. There are a lot of fun fall activities to do here. The best would have to be the corn maze! They’ve got a 5-acre maze that takes up to 30 minutes to explore. Even seasoned corn made vets can have trouble with this one. There are ten different discovery points throughout the corn maze. There’s even a 15-foot tower that offers panoramic views of the corn maze and orchard.
Fleitz Pumpkin Farm also has a 1-acre corn maze families with young children can enjoy going through together. This miniature corn maze takes about 12 minutes for you to get through.
Another thing you are going to want to make sure you do while you are there is a hayride. Tractors pull you around while you relax on the hay and enjoy great views of the farm.
