A one of a kind Culinary Festival, Cochon555 will have top Minneapolis chef cooking heritage breed pigs in a snout to tail competition. The Festival is dedicated to support family farmers and educating buyers that their meat has superior flavor, appearance and nutrition. You get to eat the results of their efforts and then vote for the best chef. The winner will represent Minneapolis in a national competition.
