Taste of Chicago has been a foodie’s paradise for over 40 years. This annual food and music festival will take over Grant Park with Chicago’s most popular food vendors, live music performances, a karaoke competition, community dance lessons and much, much more.
Taste of Chicago will be happening in Grant Park on September 6, 7 and 8, 2024, from 11 am to 9 pm each day.
You can expect food vendors to be showcasing Chicago classics, like deep dish pizza, hot dogs and cheesecake. Also presented will be bites that represent the international influences in Chicago’s rich history as a melting pot of cultures.

Taste of Chicago Concerts
The Taste of Chicago musical schedule has a diverse mix of national and international artists at free evening concerts. You can dance the night away under the stars at the Main Stage. The Goose Island Stage will showcase local and up and coming artists.

Eli’s Birthday Celebration
Eli’s Cheesecake will hold this longstanding tradition of cutting a ceremonial 1,000 lb. Eli’s Cheesecake on the SummerDance Stage. After the ceremony, attendees can enjoy a free piece of cheesecake.
Lifeway Foods Family Village
Lifeway Foods Family Village is a kid friendly area featuring games and activities for all ages. Somas Arts will provide interactive art. Inflatables will be provided by A Moon Jump For You.
Chicago SummerDance
Each day on the SummerDance, dance lessons will be given covering a variety of dance styles, including several Chicago born genres. This year’s schedule includes flamengo, salsa, footwork, bachata, hip hop, Afrobeats, K-pop, line dancing, house and more. So enjoy live music and line dancing on the SummerDance stage.
Taste of Chicago is open to the public and admission is free!
