Jurassic Quest Drive Thru is coming to Pratt & Whitney Stadium in Hartford, Connecticut, on July 30, 2021. Rentschler Field is being transformed into a prehistoric park. You can ride through the Cretaceous, Jurassic and Triassic periods.
Jurassic Quest began as an indoor event touring different cities. In 2019, it had 46 events in the United States and Canada with more than one million attendees.
In 2020, Jurassic Quest became a drive-through event. You can see these amazing dinosaurs and their adventures in the comfort and safety of your own car, SUV or pickup truck. This is a contact free experience. You stay in your vehicle with no need to worry about social distancing.
On your one hour drive, you’ll see over 70 true to size dinosaur replicas. These animatronic dinosaurs are not statues. They move and roar and some of them walk.
Each dinosaur was painstakingly reproduced in every detail in collaboration with leading paleontologists. Some of the dinosaurs have fun, some have scales and others like Anzu are covered in feathers.
These dinosaurs come in all sizes, from the chicken sized Microraptor to the 50 foot long Megalodon. You’ll see the turkey sized Psittacosaurus which is considered by many to be the cutest dinosaur. You’ll marvel at the Spinosaurus which was the largest predatory dinosaur to ever walk the earth. See Triceratops, Velociraptor, Troodon, Pterodaustro, Allosaurus, Minmi, Tyrannosaurus Rex and many more.
As you drive through the world of dinosaurs, you’ll have your own audio tour guide to tell you about the dinosaurs you’re seeing. Watch as the animatronic dinosaurs move and roar. They’re thrilling, but not scary. Learn about the different dinosaurs and hear fun facts.
