The New York City Spring Crush – Wine & Artisanal Food Fest is coming to the Grand Hall at St. Mary’s on Saturday, May 20, 2023. The Fest is giving you a choice of two sessions. The afternoon session is from 2 pm to 5 pm and the evening session goes from 7 pm to 10 pm.
The New York City Spring Crush features global wine regions, including France, Greece, Italy, California, South Africa and more. You’ll find an impressive array of reds, whites, roses and sparkling wines. There will also be a full complement of New York state wineries, with the Hudson Valley, the North Fork of Long Island and the Finger Lakes regions being well represented. Try your favorites and sample some new wines.

- Mengler Family Wines (Sonoma, California)
- Piandaccoli (Tuscany, Italy)

Artisanal food makers will be at the Fest with samples of their products. You’ll find cheeses, dips, baked goods, nuts, sauces, chips, sweets, pretzels and much more. Teas, energy drinks, water and other beverages will be available for sampling. You can nibble along with the sipping and try pairings. The artisanal food makers will have full size food products available for purchase.
Wine professionals will be at the Fest. You can ask them questions you may have about food pairings or the wine making process. Ask them about the taste notes so you can understand each varietal’s flavor characteristics.
