If you’re spending New Year’s Eve in Orlando, Florida then you’re in a great place, because the city will come alive with tons of fun activities, for children and adults alike!  Here are Green Vacation Deals, we’ve found the 10 best New Year’s Eve activities, and you’re sure to find something on your list that gets you excited to ring in 2023!

1. SeaWorld Orlando

This is my family’s favorite place to spend New Year’s Eve.  When we went last year, afterward, we just looked at each other and said, “This was the best New Year’s Eve!”

It’s great because you get to do all the fun festivities and shows that are part of SeaWorld Orlando’s Christmas Celebration (see our guide to this event here).  But you also get fireworks!

And what we like about it is that we were able to book reserved seating for Winter Wonderland on Ice.  Then we just sat in our comfortable seats and watched the fireworks.  No having to stand around in huge crowds trying to see the fireworks.  It was a really fun night.

You can book the reserved seating (and tickets at a great price) by clicking here.

2. EPCOT

There are some great celebrations going on at EPCOT at the Walt Disney World Resort this New Year’s Eve.  They have a special New Year’s Eve fireworks celebration.  And it’s even accompanied by a countdown to the new year that is projected onto Spaceship Earth.  There are also live DJs hosting dance parties from Mexico to Canada.

Another neat thing about New Year’s Eve at EPCOT is the celebrations at each pavilion.  When it hits midnight in each country’s pavilion, there’s a festive announcement and a burst of colorful fireworks!

There are also live performances at American Gardens Theatre throughout the night.

You can get tickets for EPCOT and other Disney parks here.

3. Magic Kingdom

Magic Kingdom at the Walt Disney World Resort is a popular place to spend New Year’s Eve.  There are extra performances of Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade during the day and Mickey’s Most Merriest Celebration stage show during the night.

But what I’m most excited about this year is that they are bringing back the Fantasy in the Sky Fireworks!  This is a great opportunity to watch this classic Disney World fireworks show!

4. California Grill at Disney World

There are great celebrations throughout Disney for New Year’s Eve.  But there is a special party over at California Grill at the Contemporary Resort.  It features a delicious special menu, great views of the special fireworks at Magic Kingdom, appearances by characters like Father Time Goofy and Baby New Year Donald, and more.  For a full guide to this event, click here.

5. LEGOLAND New Year’s Eve

If you have kids you might want to celebrate New Year’s Eve a bit earlier.  After all, midnight is generally far past kids’ bedtime.

Well, you can do just that at LEGOLAND theme park.  Their fireworks show is early each night.  You can book tickets to LEGOLAND here.

6. Jazzberry Jammin’ Noon Year’s Eve at Crayola Experience

Crayola Experience is another place to visit if you want an early New Year’s Eve celebration with kids.  This event conveniently takes place from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.  There are mid-day countdowns at both 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM with a streamer launch so kids can enjoy the countdown without it ruining their sleep patterns.  There’s a DJ dance party throughout the event an appearance by Sunny the Crayon.  This event is included in your ticket, which you can purchase here.

7. Rocking New Year: The Experience at Margaritaville Orlando Resort

There’s a huge street party at Sunset Walk at the Margaritaville Orlando Resort this year.  This party features:
