Edison, craft ales + kitchen
Edison, craft ales + kitchen offers expansive indoor and outdoor seating, giving spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. It’s named for frequent guest, Thomas Edison. He would visit with his “Vagabonds” friends, Harvey Firestone and Henry Ford. Edison offers regionally inspired food, North Carolina crafted beer, small craft bourbons and handcrafted cocktails.
Edison is offering a Prix Fixe Easter Menu from 11 am to 10 pm on Sunday.

The Blue Ridge restaurant offers a farm to table buffet. Their signature Breakfast Buffet is served every morning. They have an award winning Friday night Seafood Buffet, a Saturday night Prime Rib Buffet and a phenomenal Sunday Brunch.
