When you think of St. Patrick’s Day, Dublin or New York City are probably what comes to mind. Most people don’t think of Pigeon Forge, but maybe they should. The good folks of Pigeon Forge celebrate St. Patrick’s Day in their own inimitable fashion.
The Island in Pigeon Forge will be lit up green for St. Patrick’s Day on March 17, 2022. You can enjoy live entertainment on that day from The Blarney Girls, The Crossjacks and The Tennessee Irish Dancers. One of the entertainment highlights will be a special Fountain Show featuring “I’m Shipping Up To Boston” by the Dropkick Murphys.
No St. Patrick’s Day celebration would be complete without great food and drinks. You can grab yourself a pint of green beer at Yee Haw Brewing Company. The Timberwood Grill and Mellow Mushroom will be offering fun Irish themed fare.
The Celtic celebration will begin at 11 am and will go through 6 pm.
While on The Island, take a spin on the Great Smoky Mountain Wheel and get stunning mountain views.
The Titanic was built in the heart of Ireland and so in the month of March, the Titanic Museum in Pigeon Forge salutes everything Irish. Discover and learn about the Titanic’s Irish roots in everything – Gaelic folklore, music, singing and dancing.
You’ll see enchanted Irish fairy cottages throughout the Titanic. Fabled Irish fairies live in these lovely cottages. Enjoy seeing them throughout the month of March.

On Saturday, March 19, 2022, the Mountain Mile will be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with games, costumed entertainment and fun activities for everyone. Authentic Irish Celtic music will be performed by Wild Blue Yonder. Enjoy lively reels, haunting ballads and original tunes from 5 pm to 9 pm.
