Celebrate Independence Day weekend one bar at a time on the Independence Day Bar Crawl in Washington, D.C. This will be happening on July 2, 2022, from 2 pm until 10 pm.
Celebrate America’s birthday in style by visiting all the top bars in Dupont Circle. The annual Independence Day Weekend Bar Crawl is back and it’s bigger and better than ever! So don your red, white and blue outfit, grab your friends and be prepared to have a blast!
Start your bar crawl adventure by registering at Public Bar Live between 2 pm and 6 pm. You’ll receive a wristband, a mug, koozie, patriotic gear and a map of the participating venues. And then the crawl will begin!

- Manhattan at 1319 Connecticut Ave. NW
- Rewind at 1219 Connecticut Ave. NW
- 12 After 12 at 1212 18th Street Northwest
- Tokyo Pearl at 1301 Connecticut Ave. NW
- Phantom Lounge at 1327 Connecticut Avenue NW

Additional Information
Your wristband gives you entry into all participating bars, clubs and restaurants with no cover charge.
Each bar will be offering drink specials exclusive to the bar crawlers. Some of the specials will be
- Beers for $3
- Shots for $4
- Mixed drinks for $5
Some of the bars will have food specials exclusive to bar crawlers.
The vibe will be different at each bar/club. They’ll each have their own specials. There will be contests, party favors, giveaways and Independence Weekend swag.
Some bars will have live bands and others will have DJs. There will be music throughout the crawl so be prepared to dance.
You can sing “Yankee Doodle” as you go from one great bar to the next, spreading holiday cheer. Raise as many toasts to the Grand Old USA as you want! Turn the volume all the way up on this fabulous bar crawl in our nation’s capital!
