Grab your party sombrero and go south of the border for some foodie fun! The Tacos ‘N Taps Festival is coming to Ballentyne’s Backyard in Charlotte on August 20, 2022, from 12 pm to 5 pm.
This all you care to taste beer and tequila festival will feature Charlotte’s best taco and Mexican food. You can also expect to find the best dancing music from Charlotte area bands. And when you add margaritas, contests and some surprises to the mix we’re talking about a fun packed afternoon!
Your General Admission will include
- Souvenir glass for tasting experience with over 60+ craft beers, tequila, margaritas, mezcals, ciders and wines
- All Tequila & Margarita Bars will be chilled
- Dueling Margarita Bars with more choices
- Over 15 Taco Trucks, Tequirias & Mexican Restaurants with over 30 different tacos and a wide variety of Mexican inspired dishes
- All food trucks, taquerias and restaurants will feature at least one taco option for $3. Most will accept Taco Tickets and also cash and credit cards.
- Mariachi bands and Charlotte area bands
- Break the Pinata will be offered every half hour
- Hot Pepper Eating Contest
- Great boutiques offering brewerania, hot sauces, jewelry and much more
- Lawn activities and games
