The sun is setting in the west, the screen lights up and the previews begin to roll. That’s the beginning of another weekend at the Raleigh Road Outdoor Theatre in Henderson, North Carolina.
Raleigh Road Outdoor Theatre is open 52 weekends a year! Their gates open at 7pm and the movies start at dusk. The theatre is dedicated to providing quality family entertainment for a great value.
See a great movie from your car or bring lawn chairs and blankets and watch the movie under the stars. Set the chairs or blankets up in front of your vehicle. You can enjoy FM broadcasts on your vehicle’s radio. You can also bring a portable radio or rent a radio from the theatre at a minimal fee.

Social distancing is in effect at all areas of the theatre. A mask must be worn anytime you are outside of your vehicle. When going to the Concession Stand or restrooms, only one person can be away from the vehicle at a time.
Henderson is 36 miles from Durham and 41 miles from Raleigh.
