They’ve decked the halls in the Waterfall Atrium and transformed it into a winter wonderland. It is perfectly beautiful. The seasonal decor makes for great holiday photos to send to friends, family or for social media.
The Cocktail Collection
The bartenders at The Cocktail Collection found their holiday cheer in cocktails. At the Dorsey Cocktail Bar, you can get The Grinch, a sweet, spicy and smooth cocktail. At the Rosina Cocktail Lounge, you can get a layered Chris Cringle with a creme de cacao and a creme de menthe mix. The Electric Cocktail Club is introducing Reindeer Fuel. It has a coffee liquor base to which is added allspice dram and mezcal. Each of these cocktails will be available the entire month of December.
Milos
Milos is offering the Smashed Pomegranate with gin as its base. Added to the gin is fresh lemon juice, pomegranate juice and housemade rosemary syrup for a sweet and tart tasting drink. It will be available through New Year’s Day.
Yardbird
Yardbird is offering a la carte options crafted for the holidays, including
- Roasted Butternut Squash Salad
- Corn & Crab Dip
- Shrimp & Cod Stew
- Smoked Prime Rib
These are only available for dinner on Christmas Day.
Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano
Matteo’s Ristorante Italiano has 2 special holiday dishes that will be available on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
- Mediterranean Turbot with potato gratin, champagne chive crema and Ossetria caviar
- Ravioli filled with pear and pecorino and topped with toasted walnuts and castelmagna cheese
Mott 32
Mott 32 celebrates Christmas with modern Chinese dishes, including
- Hong Kong Crispy Fried Squab
- Stir Fried Sea Cucumber
These holiday dishes will only be served on December 24 and 25.
Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro
At Thomas Keller’s Bouchon Bistro, you can pair champagne with their Grand Plateau that features lobster, clams, oysters, shrimp and mussels. A pre fixe menu will be served on Christmas Day that includes

CHICA offers a blend of bold Latin flavors in the special holiday dishes that will be available for dinner on Christmas Day. These include

Staying At The Venetian Resort Las Vegas
You’ll find the opulent, elegance and warmth of Italy at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas. Every room is a suite and each room is double the size of the average hotel room.
