LINQ Promenade Cinco de Mayo
The LINQ Promenade celebrates Cinco de Mayo with Mexican themed decor, margaritas and traditional Mexican food. The Promenade is an open air entertainment, retail and dining district next to The LINQ. The High Roller Observation Wheel, the tallest observation wheel in the world, will be lit red, white and green which are the colors of the Mexican flag.
In the Promenade, Tilted Kilt is offering drink specials, including $7 shots of Patron and 1800 tequila $7 pints of Modelo and Dos Equis lager and $8 margaritas.
A French restaurant, Favorite Bistro will celebrate Cinco de Mayo with its exclusive “Tacos a la French” paired with the cocktail “Oui Oui Margarita.”
Off The Strip Bistro + Bar will offer a one day only festive menu that includes
- Chicken Taquitos – Fried rolled chicken in tortillas topped with shredded lettuce, sour cream, cotija cheese, red California chili sauce and green tomatillo sauce
- Chicken Enchiladas made with marinated corn tortillas in a secret sauce stuffed with shredded chicken, lettuce, sour cream, cotija cheese, green tomatillo sauce and red California chile sauce
- Street Tacos made with pork carnitas, carne asada and Cochinita Pibil varieties
- Neapolitan Flan & Conches – Traditional sweet Mexican bread
Drink specials include $12 cocktails, such as the Mexican Mule and Jalapeno Margarita plus $40 beer buckets, including Modela, Pacifico and Corona beers.
The ICEBAR offers the frostiest beverages served in glass made entirely of ice. Enjoy drink specials, including $8 shots, Cazadero Silver Tequila, $8 Modelo craft micheladas, $30 buckets of Corona beer and ICEBAR’s signature Frozen Spicy Mango Margarita at $20.
