Immerse yourself in a world of epic adventure, superheroes and villains. ComicVerse is returning to Sacramento for their summer convention!
ComicVerse is an anime, toy & comic convention presented by Impound Comics. It takes place at the Scottish Rite Center. It begins on Saturday, August 15th and runs through Sunday, August 16th, 2026. It is open from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Comic Verse is very passionate about all the fun things in life like comic books, pop culture, art, etc. So they put on an event that is very friendly for all us nerds.
And that is nerds of all ages, because this is an all-age event. So if you are bringing children, you’ll be happy to know it is a family-friendly event.
And there will be plenty to do for all ages. There are lots of comic books, manga books, and merchandise.
They’ll have over 80 vendors there. Exhibitors cover a large variety of interests. This includes games, toys, science fiction, manga, anime, artwork, sketches, and cosplay.
Speaking of cosplay, cosplay is not only welcomed but encouraged. You can find some great cosplay costumes here.
And they have something that is often attendees’ favorite part of comic cons: special guests!
Guests include:
- Dorothy Fahn – Meryl Stryfe in Trigun, Kaoru Kamiya in Rurouni Kenshin, Konan in Naruto: Shippuden, and Mercedes von Martritz in Fire Emblem: Three Houses
- Brandon Jay McLaren – Jack Landors (Red SPD Ranger), Dale Jakes in Graceland, Oliver Yates in Ransom, and Buckley in Snowfall
- Wendee Lee – Faye Valentine in Cowboy Bebop, Haruhi Suzumiya in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Yoruichi Shihouin in Bleach, Bulma in Dragon Ball, and more!
- Blake Foster – Justin Stewart (Blue Turbo Ranger) in Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie (1997) and Power Rangers Turbo
- Carla Perez – Rita Repulsa in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers
