Lake Tahoe is full of fish. You’ll fish for Mackinaw, aka lake trout or lakers, that can be found in schools on sandy shelves and can be caught year-round. The Kokanee, aka landlocked sockeye salmon, and the rainbow and brown trout are frequently caught. Other fish in Lake Tahoe include crappie, bass, bluegill, mountain whitefish, catfish, sculpin, minnow, crawfish and goldfish.

Inclusions/Exclusions
Nor-Cal Charters will provide a full set of fishing rods for both live bait and trolling. With state of the art electronics, downriggers, and an experienced crew, this is your best chance to catch the most fish.
You’ll need to bring a hat, sunscreen, and sunglasses. It is best to dress in layers. The boat has a heated cabin and a restroom. They’ll provide light snacks and water. Be sure to bring a camera to get photos of you and your catch.
