Telluride Jazz Festival is perched high in the majestic San Juan Mountains in southwestern Colorado. This annual festival combines the beauty of nature with artistic creativity. This immersive live music experience has attracted music lovers from all around the globe for more than four decades. It will be happening on August 9, 10 and 11, 2024.
You can expect to hear traditional jazz styles as well as the modern jazz styles and genres. You’ll see Grammy Award winning artists, cutting edge innovators, emerging artists and great student bands. These three exciting days will be filled with world class jazz, funk, folk, gospel and soul.
The Telluride Jazz Festival has a number of activities that you won’t find in other festivals. Yoga sessions and historic walking tours will be held in the mornings.
There will be free performances at the Society Stage in Elks Park. In addition to the Main Stage performances, Jazz After Dark events give a more intimate setting for enjoying music into the night.

The festival will conclude with The Final Waltz featuring the New Breed Brass Band at the Sheridan Opera House. This will be a grand conclusion to an awesome festival!

For a 3 day festival, you’ll save the most money by purchasing a 3 Day Pass. I’ve seen a 3 Day Pass going online by resale ticket brokers for $416 for one pass. Purchase your pass here and you can save $186 for each pass.
However, if you can only go for one day, a single day ticket would be best. I’ve seen tickets for the individual days going for as much as $151 for each day. Book your individual day ticket here and you can save $66 on Friday and Sunday and $61 on Saturday’s ticket.
