I have always loved disco music. So a night full of listening to all the great disco hits sounds perfectly wonderful to me.
So that is why I am excited to tell you about Disco Divas. Disco Divas features a wonderful cast of tribute artists. They’ll be paying homage to all the strong women who made disco so memorable.
This of course includes arguably the Queen of Disco, Donna Summer. With hits like “Hot Stuff” and “Bad Girls,” her music has long remained memorable.
Speaking of female artists who leave an impact, Cher will also be included in this show. With hits like “Dancing Queen” and “Gypsys, Tramps & Thieves,” Cher was also quite popular during the disco ever.
Another musical icon included in this tribute show is Diana Ross, who had disco hits like “Love Hangover” and “Upside Down”. Same with Tina Turner, who had great hits like “Disco Inferno” and “Nutbush City Limits”.
No tribute to divas could not include Olivia Newton-John, so you’ll get her music, too. And of course, how could any show about disco not have Gloria Gaynor? Her “I Will Survive” is my favorite disco song. And her songs “Never Can Say Goodbye” and “I Am What I Am” are great uplifting songs.
