The 36th annual Waterfront Blues Festival is coming to the beautiful Tom McCall Waterfront Park on July 1, 2, 3 and 4, 2023. Enjoy views of Portland’s famous bridges and waterfront. Relax on the banks of the Willamette River and enjoy four days of music!
The festival is a great showcase for Portland’s local music community. This year it will feature local legends like Curtis Salgado, Liv Warfield and Norman Sylvester. Over 4 days with 4 stages, the festival will have 1,000+ blues, soul, funk and R&B artists. Performers will include
