Oktoberfest may have ended in Germany, but it’s just getting started in Arcadia, California. That is because Oktoberfest is coming to Santa Anita Park!
And this celebration will definitely make you feel like you are in Munich. After all, the very first Oktoberfest in Munich ended in a horse race! And horses will run right by you during the Oktoberfest celebration at Santa Anita Park!
But horses aren’t the only thing at this Oktoberfest event. You can eat traditional Bavarian food and drink traditional Oktoberfest biers. This includes Paulaner Oktoberfest, Franziskaner, Hacker-Pschorr Dunkel Weisse, and more.
You can hear live music from the band Wunderband. Other live entertainment will be there, too. And there are fun games guests can enjoy playing and contests. Some of these activities include a costume contest, corn hole competition, stein hosting, and more.
So if you love beer, bratwurst, and fun, then this is the event for you. Oktoberfest takes place on the weekends, on Saturdays and Sundays from October 15th-16th and 22nd-23rd.
