Looking to have some fun in the Seattle, Washington area?  Well, good news for all you adrenaline seekers.  Because I have the perfect activity for you.  And that is Traxx Indoor Raceway!

Because if you have the need for speed, you will love this.  This indoor raceway is a 1/5-mile track.  And it only takes just 23 seconds for your go-kart to go around this track once.  You’ll be reaching speeds of 30 and 35 miles per hour.  You can go about 15-20 laps around the course.  The race is about eight minutes long.  So this is a fast-paced, fun activity.

Traxx Indoor Raceway is located in Mukilteo, Washington, between Edmonds and Everett in Snohomish County.

Please note that you need to be at least 14 years old in order to drive these go-karts.

There are, however, electric go-karts specifically designed for kids, so they can enjoy a four-turn track at around 7 to 10 miles per hour.  But the discounted tickets included are just for the adult tickets.

If the driver is 16 years or older, then they can sign their own waiver release form. But if they are under 16 years old, they’ll need a legal parent/guardian to sign a release form prior to racing.

Please note that while this is an indoor track, it is ventilated.  Therefore, the temperature of the track area is actually about the same as the outside temperature.  So dress appropriately!

And speaking of what you wear, make sure you wear closed-toe shoes because they are required.  Also, loose clothing and long hair should be secured before you begin racing.
