SeaWorld San Antonio’s annual Mardi Gras event is returning on select dates starting January 24, 2026. And that means everyone in San Antonio, Texas, can look forward to some Cajun food, Creole flavors, and New Orleans classics! So today, we’re going to give an overview of the menu at SeaWorld’s Mardi Gras event.
