The Haunt in Schaefferstown is a fully immersive haunt attraction in a carnival grounds complex. While innocent looking in the daylight, by night it becomes an absolutely horrific experience.
The Haunt sits on the Schaefferstown Fire Company Carnival Grounds. The first carnival was held there in 1919. What happened in the past 106 years? Go through The Haunt and you might find out.
Only the strong will survive here. You enter at your own risk. You’ll need all your wits about you at all times. Do not fear the dark itself, fear what lurks within it.
Enter the grounds and then enter the first building. Be prepared to face your deepest fears because they’ll all be in there. You’ll feel like you’re being watched and that’s because you are.
As you go from one frightening room to an even more frightening room, you’ll realize you have left your world for a world full of horror. Fear will propel you forward faster as you speed through to the door and go outside.
And then you see what’s waiting for you there…. Can you scream if your heart is in your throat? You might just find out.
The Haunt is run by a non profit organization. All the workers are volunteers and all the profits will go back into the community. The Haunt will be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights from October 10 to October 26, 2025.
