There is something so cozy and right about the idea of spending Christmas at a farm, right? And this is exactly what you can do at Christmas on the Farm. It may take place in the Jacksonville, Florida area, but it is decidedly not a big city experience. It takes place at an actual farm, the Sykes Family Farms in Elkton, Florida.
It is also decidedly a Christmas experience. It is a great place to go if you want to see Christmas lights. There is a a three-fourth mile Christmas light show. You’ll see thousands of Christmas lights that make up iconic holiday symbols like candy canes and Christmas trees.
But that’s not all you can enjoy by visiting Christmas at the Farm. There are other festive activities that are great for this time of the year. For example, you can cozy around a campfire and watch popular Christmas movies on the big screen. You can roast marshmallows while you do it. You can also decorate your own ornament.
There are even hayrides, which is fitting for a farm. Other fun farm activities include swings, tube slides, bounce pads, and barn yard ball zone.
And you know this event is special since Santa and Mrs. Claus will be there! This is the perfect time to get that perfect photo of your child or grandchild with Santa!
